Christmas and Holiday Orders

We will remain open for orders throughout the Christmas New Year period. 

Our warehouse will be holding extra stock over the holiday season, but as many of our suppliers will close during this time,

we may experience some delays in processing orders while suppliers reopen. We will keep you informed if your order is affected.

Browse the shopping categories on the left of the site and click on any image or the "learn more" button for further information on a product.

Add items to your shopping cart as you browse the shop. Each time an item is added, the shopping cart page will appear showing the items you have selected.

Items can be removed simply by pressing the "delete" button.

Press the "view cart" button at any time to see the selections you have made.

You may also change the quantity of any item by entering a number in the quantity box and pressing the "update" button.

Nothing is finalised until you submit your payment details, so feel free to add and remove items until you have made your final decision. If you are shopping for gifts we will deliver for you anywhere in the world...just enter the delivery name and address you would like us to deliver to when you are filling in the "checkout" details. All prices are in Australian Dollars. Domestic and International prices are included to account for GST locally.

Credit Card payments are fully encrypted and sent over a secure network.

For your convenience, we also accept Paypal, personal cheques and money orders for Australian Orders, or payment via Direct Deposit. Details for these options are provided during the checkout process and goods are despatched once payment has been received and cleared. Phone orders are also accepted - see our contact page for phone details.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and Include GST. Freight is calculated during the checkout process. For International prices, a currency converter is included.

gift wrapping

Are you purchasing as a special gift for someone special? If so, we offer a free gift wrapping and gift card service. Just select our gift wrapping 'product' from the gift sections, remember to include who your gift is to, from and any special message you may have in the Additional Instructions section during the checkout process and we will prepare and post your gift for you.

When this option, or indeed whenever the Order From and Delivery To details are obviously different, we will not include an invoice when the goods are despatched.

delivery time and costs ?

We post to Australia, New Zealand and Overseas.  Postal charges are calculated automatically during checkout - you can select the currency you prefer.

We aim to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum, and use Australia Post for all our delivery services. Each product has been individually weighed and entered into our Freight Calculator. The Freight charged is then calculated using current Australia Post Charges, based on actual weight and delivery address. This is calculated during the checkout process. This method of freight calculation means that generally you are charged a cost very similar to what it actually costs us to post your order. This method helps us to keep your freight costs to a minimum.

Orders over $100 with delivery to an Australian address qualify for FREE freight. To receive your free freight, you must enter the promotion code Oz4Free in the Promotion code during the checkout process, and then hit Update Cart.  Due to processing time and costs, we cannot refund freight after an order has been completed - please remember to use your code.  If the Promotion Code is keyed for an International Delivery in error, we will contact you to arrange payment of freight before your order is dispatched. 

For orders over 20kg, freight may still be required and will be calculated and quoted after your order has been processed. For large orders outside our free freight delivery zone we will contact you with a freight quote and you will have the option to pay the freight or cancel your order for a full refund. We do endeavour to offer free freight wherever it is economically possible.

By using the standard Australia Post service to minimize your delivery and freight costs, orders under $200 will not be automatically insured or registered. At our discretion, we may however post via our E-parcel tracking system. 

For orders under $200, if you would like Insurance or to use Registered Post, this can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact us for a quote and we can add this to your order.   

For your peace of mind, all Australian orders over $200 are sent via our E-parcel tracking system, are tracked and require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign when delivered, your parcel will be available for pickup from your local post office.  Should this be inconvenient, please let us know when placing your order in the comments section.  In this instance neither ourselves or Australian Post can be held responsible for missing items.

For further peace of mind, all Australian orders over $250 sent via our E-parcel tracking system are automatically insured against the unlikely event of loss during transit.

We also offer an Express Post option (additional charges do apply), which will include automatic  tracking and compensation for lost items to the value of $50. 

Utmost care is taken when packaging and posting your order, but we can not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. In the exceptional circumstance where a parcel does go missing we will do all we can to help Australia Post find your missing parcel and ensure your parcel is delivered to you.

We process your order within 48 hours of receiving it and actual delivery should be within 4-10 working days for orders paid via credit card or Paypal. Orders paid via Direct Deposit, Money Order or Personal Cheque will only be despatched once payment has been received and cleared. International orders are posted Australia Post Airmail, and usually take 10 to 14 business days to reach their destination. If we experience a delay in processing your order, we will endeavour to contact you either via email or phone.

If you have a preferred courier, please contact us and we can arrange a special quote and delivery.

Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit

Although every care is taken when packaging your goods for transit, we accept NO responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit. Tracking is automatic for Australian orders over $200 and Insurance is automatic for Australian orders over $250. For lower value orders and overseas orders, insurance can be arranged at an extra cost. For more details, please refer to our Delivery Section.

The secure server that performs the processing of the payment is protected by the latest in hardware firewall technology. This ensures your private information is kept private throughout the payment process.

Byronshop.com.au will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files.

Although we take all reasonable steps to ensure your data security, the Internet may not always offer a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, Byronshop.com.au cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorized access or use of that information.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods, unless an error was made on our part. Goods returned for refund must be returned in original condition and packaging. Returns can not be accepted for items on special, clearance items or special orders.

Refunds will be made to your credit card or Paypal account.
